I’ve used Eric for years. He has always been dependable, extremely professional and fairly priced. I’ve been forced to use or deal with other companies for work and there is no comparison. Thomas Home Comfort is the only choice.

I used Arizona Pro Service air conditioner expertise services about a month ago. I didn’t want to review them immediately because I wanted a good month of normal operating to see how the installation had gone. Let me tell you. Everything works exceptionally well. Nick and his team not only changed my entire AC system. They moved it to another location freeing up room in my backyard and making it quieter and more enjoyable for me. The AC compressor was moved from the north side of the house to the east side. New lines, including electricity supplied to the new unit, was professionally installed and hidden as not to create eye soars. The installation was 110% perfect. They added a new return to the air handler unit. Cutting a hole in my wall and installing a return vent. You would never have guessed that it was added. It looks as if the house was already built with an extra return line. I cannot say enough to recommend this company and their exceptional professionalism. They also went through all my AC ducting in the attic, ensuring everything was operating to maximum efficiency. Nick was honest from the very beginning with time frames pricing and realistic expectations on choosing a new unit. Thank you for making my home comfortable again Nick!

I desperately called Appliance Repair Bros on a Friday night (as all other places were closed) very concerned that my fridge and freezer were well above normal temperature.

Vlad and his assistant came on by promptly that night (!), were very courteous and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The proposed replacing a control board, with the assurance that if it was not a problem, I wouldn't be charged. I...never heard of that before! It turned out the problem was properly diagnosed and were in and out of my place in under an hour.

Did a thorough inspection, explained the HVAC system that is installed in the house (just moved in last month and didn’t have any information) and made reasonable recommendations for keeping the system reliable and efficient. After a long day of playing 36 holes(and knocking back some cocktails) in the desert sun i arrived home to my surprise and the AC was OUT! i went into panic since it was 4:30pm and around 110f, called a couple of other companies which will remain nameless in this review and could not have someone come out ASAP, all appointments backed up till the next business day AT BEST. Came across Velox Air website, called them up, got on the horn with Sarah who was absolutely amazing! Not only was she knowledgeable & professional, she sent a technician over in less the 1 hour. I was about to reserve a room at the Four Seasons to get out of the house but it was not necessary! we had the AC fixed in less than 1 hour after the technician and his team arrived. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company from Cheyenne who called me during the repair to let me know the status of the work to Ralf the technician(wore booties and a face-mask before entering my home and this was BEFORE the COVID-19 pandemic) anyone looking to repair their AC. Extremely timely, honest, professional, CLEAN & polite...Even got a call a couple of days later from Sarah to check if all was to my satisfaction, highly recommend 100%

Our a/c went out Sunday morning,went thru home advisor and worlock sent us an email saying they could come out right away. The owner came out gave us a great price and our new unit was installed Monday by noon!. Talk about fast. We only had to endure one night of heat. Great service wish I could give more than 5 stars! I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

Called Heat Slayer because our ac did not start cooling… he happened to be in the area after a previous job, came over and worked for 4 hours getting our system running. We have a great ac, but there happens to be a manufacturing flaw. Richard and Nick kept me informed and we are now on cool mode! ?! They did work for me in the past, and I plan to use them for any other ac work! Oh, they also installed a split unit a couple of years ago!

Prestige Mechanical was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and also explaining why the work should be done. Not only that, but provided realistic options for either replacement or repair.

My name is Jose Padron Martinez and I worked for GRAZAK MECHANICAL. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. I called them to come fill in my freon gas. The maintenance person comes in and said that the freon gas level is all good, but I need to change the capacitor. He charged me $265 for the service. There was absolutely zero improvement in the cooling and I called them again. Another person comes in and says that my Freon gas level is very low and they want the additional $250 to fill in the gas. I escalated to the supervisor (Babao) at the office and he goes on an aggressive mode saying that I have a new capacitor now, which I never asked for in the first place. He goes on INSULTING me and my RELIGION and hung up saying he is not going to do anything more to fix the issue. Please be aware as this could happen to you too. Very unprofessional behavior.

So prompt I'm astonished. Friendly and well dressed techs.the ladies at the office rock, too, Danielle is who I usually work with and she's professional and courteous. Thanks Jeremy and Bradley!
