My AC wasn't working as efficiently as it had been. The technician told me that my coil had a leak and it needed to be replaced. $2500.I had competitor come out and showed me all kinds of readings on pressure and levels in the AC. They said there was no leak and cleaned my coils at no charge.I do worry that when I get a preventative service call in winter or next spring that they might tell me I have a leaky coil.
