Best Repair Service in Phoenix AZ

We love HVAC and use them for our A/C and heating system. I had the tech come out this morning to fix an issue, He was Prompt, Polite and explain everything he was doing along the way. Excellent Technician- as they all are.

I had a $17 coupon for free tune up and so scheduled an appointment. the tech came in and was too interested in selling me a new one since i have an older AC. We discussed and i let him know that i have home warranty, that if they don't cover it i will definitely keep them in mind. The tech asked me if i still wanted the coils cleaned, i said yes. I was seriously interested to use them for new replacement until yesterday when i actually walked by the blower unit to see the side panel lying open and the two screws right next to it. When i checked the coils they were dusty and muddy like never cleaned before. Very disappointed to see that, like the say you get what you pay for. $17.
