The tech came out today to take a look at my AC unit. I lived in a condo where I can't see my unit but noticed some water dripping from the roof. They were not just on time, they were a little early which helped free up the rest of my day. Had Richard and Brandon install my new HMH7 18 SEER 5 ton heat pump today. They did an excellent job running the plumbing to and from the air handler, brazing looks good, insulation and attention to detail are all there. The air handler had to be assembled in the attic and they made it look easy. Installation took about five hours. Installed my new thermostat and programmed it for me. New A/C unit is cooling the house down very quickly, I have been using SemperFi for a few years now and they keep doing a great job. Pricing was very competitive for the new HMH7 system, its a very attractive unit and gets excellent ratings. I am very happy with the installation and the two gentlemen that came to install today.
