My AC stopped working over the weekend. It was 105F outside and my condo was getting really hot. Track got a technician out to my property within a couple hours. They quickly diagnosed what was wrong and had it fixed and my condo cooling down in no time. Thank you so much!! :D Would highly recommend them. Very professional and responsive!

The tech came out today to take a look at my AC unit. I lived in a condo where I can't see my unit but noticed some water dripping from the roof. They were not just on time, they were a little early which helped free up the rest of my day. They found the system working well adn let me know afterwards that its working fine. which was a positive gesture. highly recommended.

We were not at all happy with what happened when their worker visited us.He went to check our air conditioner and in a very few minutes he asked us to sit down with him and go over what he found. He proceeded to say that the unit was leaking Freon and that he could not replace the lost coolant because of government regulation. (Apparently, the EPA did discontinue the use of Freon.) He also stated that several other problems existed.Then he claimed that we could get a special deal if we bought a new air conditioner from him that day. I said we needed to talk it over because his quoted price of $10,000 was a lot of money. He pressed on trying to make the sale. I reiterated that we needed time to consider it. He went on, trying to close the deal. Finally, I emphatically stated that we would not buy the air conditioner, and he leftToday we had another company out to check our unit. The tec said that he found no leaks and everything was up to the manufacturer’s specs.We believe that the Semper Fi tec was only trying to make a sale. It seems that he tried to take advantage of us. Beware.
