We own a restaurant and our walk-in went out during the hottest part of the summer. We called another company and they charged us an arm and a leg to come out before telling us it would be over $10k for a new unit. We wanted a second opinion so we called icon and Rhett came out and he was the best technician ever. He tried to find us a used unit to help us save. Trust me we wanted a new unit but as a restaurant struggling through covid that wasn’t an option. When they couldn’t find us a new unit Rhett came back out and rebuilt our unit. Best company I’ve worked with in a long time.

I was out of cool air for more than a month this pass summer waiting for service for my unit. A friend told me about Mike. I called and talked with Mike about my problem with the unit. Mike was able to take care of the air- conditioner within a week after looking at the unit. Mike did an excellent job communicating with me about the unit. He has excellent communication Skills, kind, honest and very polite . I would recommend Mike to anyone needing air conditioner service of any kind. I give Mike Garcia A+ !

Enrique from A Quality performed a tune up on our unit today and it was a great experience! He arrived within the time window originally estimated, was very polite and listened to my concerns. He cleared a clogged drain and even showed me a concern he noticed with our roof that he recommended we have a roofer look at. We will continue to have our units serviced by A Quality and definitely recommend them! Also, Ruby, who assisted in scheduled the appointment, was a pleasure to work with. Thank you both!!

My AC stopped working over the weekend. It was 105F outside and my condo was getting really hot. Track got a technician out to my property within a couple hours.
