Went to call for a quote but they wouldn't give me ANY information without giving them all of my information! Not a good way to get business... By forcing solicitation

I hired this company for one of my clients projects and I think I did because I felt confident enough after reading all the good reviews they have. My client came across a water damage so I had to recruit. I couldn’t be happier knowing that my client was satisfied with the results. Matt with Jenkins was very prompt and professional in handling my roof replacement. He made the process as easy as possible and was helpful with working with my insurance to make things go smoothly. The roof looks great now!

This company's quality of work is fine but the business side is shady! I was lied to by my project manager about fake emergency my crew had to go to as an excuse for why no one arrived to my house when they were scheduled. My crew of 1 drywall person showed up the next day and had no idea about the emergency call he was supposedly on. The drywall person said he was given no information about my job from his boss so he showed up unprepared with no products. I was told that they would add extra guys to my crew to get the work done that day but the only other person who showed up with a person to measure for the cabinets which had already been done with the initial walkthrough (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Apparently they hadn't even started making the cabinets. The guy who came to measure said based on the workload they had it would be another 5 days before it was ready. My project manager tried to make it seem like he was giving us special preference and working things out to get the cabinets ready quickly when I had already be quoted the same time frame from the guy measuring the cabinets. Were my cabinets ready on time...nope! A few days later the cabinet installer finally came and finished the job (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Then I got the bill...they charged me to replace vinyl flooring that I never had and that they never installed!!! They also said they didn't keep track of labor hours! Don't believe a word they tell you and watch your invoice closely.

This company is a complete nightmare scam. We have got a referral from our insurance for small water damage restoration project and 3 month later we still haven’t heard anything back after 6 people came out to the house to ‘ take measurements.’ We even found the material in stock made all the arrangements and still no effort on their end to complete the project they just stopped returning our phone calls. We made sure they are removed from the insurance referral list - they are a complete disaster and should not be in business scamming people.

My house sustained damage from the storms that popped thru Az in March of this year.i went thru my insurance company and called a couple of referrals that they had sent me..none of them worked.i was talking to a buddy at work and he saidyou need to call Ken Hawk.he explained why,so I made the call.it was the easiest call to make..his entire staff was amazing.he put my mind at ease when it came to all the repairs(which included having an entire tile roof redone.the prices were great ! If I could give 10 stars,I would ! Thank you a again for the amazing service!

Wow. We could not have asked for more responsive and awesome experience in a bad situation. The team responded immediately. We were kept informed at all stages. The team was extremely polite. They showed up on time, every time. They communicated immediately When something was needed by us, the insurance company or parts for the job. They kept our house functional and safe during cleanup and repairs. I definitely recommend to others. I hope we do not need such services in the future but if we do Water Fighters will be my first call
