David came over within 24 hours, assessed the situation, provided knowledge, courtesy and help rectifying the situation with installing industrial fans. He also walked us through the process of how to detect moisture in the walls. Instructed us on the machines that he was using and how they worked. Josh took the initiative to investigate further if there was further damage . Identified all the damage areas and restored the condo in its pristine condition. ASAP took all the necessary steps to coordinate with the insurance company, the tenant and the property manager to ensure to ensure there was no delay in the restoration, protected my best interests at the same time minimized discomfort and trauma to the tenant. If I had the ability to pay a bit more to have these guys do this project I wouldn’t even hesitate. We were so impressed with them! I had the unfortunate expierence of having my water heater break and water was everywhere. The nice people at EHS came to the rescue, for sure. They were with me every step of the way too! The guy came to my house and made me feel as if I was the only client that EHS had at time, which I know isn't true, but it was a good feeling. They even talked to my insurance company and did all the heavy lifting. Such an easy process and my house looks better than it did before the water damage. If I ever have any issues again they are the first people I would call.
