Best Lead Paint Removal in Phoenix AZ

Michael and Juan showed up within an hour of my initial call to my homeowners insurance provider for water damage. They were friendly, professional, hardworking and wore masks without asking them to. Definitely would recommend to anyone with water damage, these guys are awesome!

Coming home to a pipe burst and a large water leak after a long day was very frustrating. The water leak had damaged my wood floors and all the drywall in the area.
I used AM/PM Restoration Services to get my house back to its original condition. They were extremely helpful and attentive from beginning to end. All their staff was very pleasant to work with and they got the job done quickly and affordably.

This was a terrible experience. I had a project with them for 6 months that was very simple. They lied for months and never once called or emailed to provide a progress report for months!. Not sure how they’re in business. Run

Got quoted $2500 for bathroom leak in toilet. My handyman repaired for $100 and bought new toilet from Home Depot for $200. What. Ripoff.

We had Square One builders do some major remodeling to our home in Surprise, Arizona. . We could not be more happy with Square One. Led by Payton Edwards his crew was always on time and beyond polite. Anything we asked them to do they were happy to accommodate us. Any questions we had about the job, no more the time of day Payton would always answer his phone or get back to us in a timely manner. Can not say enough good things about this company and Payton. I would hire them in a minute to do any construction job I might have in the future. Simply tremendous!

We got a surprise leak in our downstairs ceiling. Not fun but called plumber who once they figured out the issue, referred us to Bingham to get all the gross drywall cleared out and make sure there wasn't anymore moisture in the ceiling. Brian came out while the plumber was still here and immediately got to work! They were very helpful in how to mitigate our homeowner's insurance. They then suggested a sister company for restoring our ceiling and master bathroom. Overall really great service and I loved that they already knew who to call to fix the ceiling after it was dried out. Thanks again!

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
