I wanted to share with anyone who is interested in working with a reputable, reliable, exceedingly professional and affordable decontamination company that Bio-One Scottsdale is a fantastic organization with which to do business.
Recently my wife and I purchased a home in the North Valley that had been occupied by owners with two large pitbull‘s that had saturated the small backyard in both urine and feces. After consulting with Chris of Bio-One he thoroughly explained the process that his company utilizes to address situation such as mine, made professional recommendations to help save me cost, and was exceptionally communicative and flexible in working around my schedule.
Prior to the day of service I had a landscaping company assist with gutting the backyard of all vegetation in preparation for the visit from Bio-One. Unfortunately the landscaping company had failed to remove vines that had overgrown into a neighbors property at the time that the vines were being excavated. When Chris arrived at my home to perform the service I had not yet arrived and he was confronted by my neighbor who was concerned about the vines on their side of the wall that had not been removed. Chris took it upon himself to remove the vines with my assistance once I arrived and went above and beyond when he bagged up the debris and placed it in my backyard for easy removal.
He did all of this while still performing an excellent service to decontaminate and deodorize the soil in our new backyard.
Chris and Bio-One now have a customer for life and one who will go to bat on their behalf as an excellent service provider who goes above and beyond for their customers.
Simply exceptional.

Thank you to ATH restoration for helping us navigate the frustrating world of water leaks. We found ATH online when looking for a company to help us determine what was wrong with our house. Their reviews were great so we gave them a call. Nathan was extremely helpful coming out to asses the work that needed to be done. He was also able to recommend a great plumber along with a company to help in our rebuild. We are very thankful we found ATH restoration. Since we had no clue about the process to follow with a water leak, we were able to trust the information Nathan and his team gave us to be accurate. Nathan was always available to answer any questions we had and constantly checked on us to make sure things were going smoothly while our house was drying out with fans! We hope to never need these services again but would recommend Nathan and his team to anyone that found themselves in the same situation we were in. Again thank you to the whole team at ATH restoration for putting our minds at ease and coming to our rescue! It is hard to find integrity and honesty in companies these days but we found it in ATH and their recommendations.

Bingham helped us with the drying out in our property due to a water heater burst. process was fast and guided us through insurance . Jason was the manger in charge and was great with navigating us through the whole process . Would Definitely recommend!

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
