Jerry and Chico did very professional, detailed work on walls, baseboards as well as texturizing and painting. They were friendly and responsive and assured me that the project would be as I expected it to be. I appreciated their skill, honesty and friendliness. I was very pleased with their work and the outcome. I hope I don’t have to have restoration again, but would use them again for any project.

I called AM/PM to come out to review a water leak. After 10 minutes in my home, my insurance company called and recommended to me that I should ask them to leave until the insurance company could review the situation. I did so, and AM/PM sent me a bill for $468 for the 10 minutes they were at my house. I said I needed to work with my insurance company on billing. A week later they sent me a nasty email stating they were raising the price 33% unless I paid that day. While I was out of a house dealing with a major problem this company tried to exploit my situation and strong arm me into paying without going through the proper insurance channels. After requesting they not act in this manner and that I was still waiting on a response, they become unresponsive and sent a threatening letter saying a lien would be put on me if I didn't pay immediately. All of us this was only 3 weeks after the initial services were rendered. I would strongly recommend no one doing business with a company that chooses to operate in this manner.

The work hasn’t even been started yet after over 3 months going back and forth and starting from the top on every contact. Cannot provide us an accurate or complete quote of the work supposed to be starting in a weeks time. Will not work with us to include work we need or want done with the restoration. Having been living with black mold growing daily for 4 months already and at this point just going to accept it and find another company.

Bio-One did an exceptional job with an unfortunate situation and unexpected death. The team which included Christian, Gabe and Jules went above and beyond with the clean up and professionalism with the situation. If you are ever in a unique predicament needing a great team to help you out with the unthinkable process, I highly recommend this company!

As a business owner running an insurance brokerage I rely on ATH whenever I have a client in need. As you can imagine, a client will call me in a panic about water damage that is occurring at their home. My first recommendation is always to have Shauna and Nate reach out to the client to assist. I continue to rely on ATH because they have never let me down and my client rave about how great a service, how reasonable and how over and above ATH goes. I thank you guys for supporting my clients and making a terrible event significantly less painful for my clients!

Originally wanted to leave at least three stars because I thought they did an okay job, but I'll get to why I'm only giving two.

On the surface, Bingham/Murray seems like a fine company to take care of any water damage: the initial visit was very quick, every rep that came over was polite, they didn't waste time installing cabinets (when they actually came out to do so).

Two reasons why this company turned out to be a nightmare for me:
1. They don't practice standard billing procedures and utilize a LAW FIRM called Ehmke Law, a business notorious (seriously - State Farm has a special department just for handling their cases) for severely over-charging customers on purpose in order to squeeze the most money out of insurance.

Why should you care? Well, most times insurance companies see through this bad practice and deny the claim, which is followed by a threatening email from Ehmke stating you can either accept arbitration or accept responsibility for the remaining amount owed. So Ehmke either strong-arms the customer or the insurance company.

In my case, the entire demo + asbestos testing cost less than the restoration. I got one of these emails from Ehmke months after I thought the issue was resolved. I called the firm asking them to go through each line item on the bill explaining why it was so expensive. We went through each line item and the numbers still didn't add up; he literally didn't know how to explain the discrepancy! Unfortunately, I was forced to choose arbitration.

2. Bad build quality and communication. Didn't notice this until I started painting my cabinets a couple of weeks ago (hence the review). The cabinets they replaced had doors that were not installed properly, multiple holes along the cabinet face side, and they installed the fronts UPSIDE-DOWN on the cabinet under the sink. It looks like they just went to a thrift cabinet vendor, picked some lightly damaged ones, and called it a day. In retrospect, I wish I left the water damage because I would at least have my old cabinets in better condition than these things are.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
