With being a new homeowner I can honestly say I will call Phoenix water damage services if I have any further water damage. Robert who is the owner of the company was extremely professional, extremely respectful, did not steer me wrong and extremely reliable. I really can’t thank him enough for the job he did. This company will definitely be recommended and a company I will use in my future if I have any further damage.

One side of our patio door was shattered by a rock while landscaping was being done. There was a large hole and glass everywhere. Our insurance company gave us the phone number for Jenkins Restoration. Our call was answered immediately and a young man, Adam, arrived at our home within a couple of hours. He cleaned up the glass and securely boarded up the door. We were pleased with the job he did for us.

Their team was incredibly responsive, and they arrived on-site within the hour. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the water, dry out the affected areas, and restore my home to its pre-damage condition. We used Acuity Builders for our personal home after a lift station malfunctioned in our basement. The attention to detail from Kenny was fantastic as well as the communication and deliverable of the remodel. I would highly recommend Acuity and happen to be calling them again to assist us in repair after a more minor leak this time but definitely a job I know they will deliver on and do so in a timely manner.

They came out 2 weeks ago and said I would have my estimate last Monday. Nothing... I call again Tuesday and they say sorry we will have it by Wednesday. Now it's Wednesday and still nothing. I call Thursday and they say Im so sorry I'll give Jason a call, we should have it by Friday Friday comes along and still nothing. I call this Monday and they apologize and say they will check on it and see why they haven't sent the estimate. It is Friday this week and they have lost my business because clearly they do not want it. Terrible logistics and file managment. I'm going with Zona Restoration because they actually send you your estimate the same day they inspected unlike this business

House burned down and trying to charge 3k for a single piece of plywood. Absolutely absurd!

I have used Valley Services for multiple jobs that have had mold damages and they are very quick to reply to any inquiries. Miguel and the crew were knowledgeable, clean, and friendly. I recommend them to any and all who either work in the construction field like me or those whose homes have been damaged by water or fire, because these guys are awesome at what they do.
