They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Largest Monsoon storm of the year, I was called after midnight to do a cleanup of a property that this company manages. They were already on site in the middle of the storm cleaning up a roof that had collapsed and storm damage he was very adamant about getting somebody out there right away and making sure it was taken care of so his customer could open early that morning. So we did just that! His goal was to have his customer not lose a minute of his normal operating business hours. I will say that if I ever need somebody to manage my property and take care of everything from A to Z it would be this company and Justin Herman. He was a pleasure to deal with and I am sure that good properties were the only ones on the Block open that morning. You Get what you pay for. I truly believe that if you find someone like Justin Herman, he is priceless. To find somebody that will take care of your property as good as you would or better, is like finding a unicorn.

All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
