From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

Brian and his team did a major remodel of my family room. He redesigned my fireplace and built a bookcase around it. His whole team was great and always respectful. Brian kept me updated all throughout the project and the end result was phenomenal. I will definitely will use him again.

I had no idea how much damage a toilet back up could cause... Water poured out from my toilets and showers throughout my home and damaged my wood flooring throughout the majority of the house. I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

Very pleased with my roof. The crew showed up on time and got the job done as quickly as possible. It looks great and I have had no problems. Was fully informed through the process. They did a great job cleaning up as well.

Trevor, Chris and Austin were great. They installed our windows in just a few hours. They were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and offered tips. Definitely would recommend them.

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.

Been doing business with Dave for years now, would recommend his company to anyone who needs a good contractor!
