They met with us and laid out a reasonable schedule to allow us to continue using our office during the remodel. They moved walls which included relocating electrical switches/outlets, ceiling tiles, doorways, drywall repairs, doors and flooring. Everything was done on schedule and within our budget. Ken Hawk and his team are amazing. They took the nightmare of needing a home restoration and turned it into an amazing remodel experience. My house never looked this good. I was very sceptical at the beginning because all the other 5 Star restoration companies wanted to just rebuild me the same house that I had before, but Ken totally had a vision for transforming my house, and he did just as he promised to do. I was really impressed. Ken's team is amazing to work with. I just need to give a shout out to one member of Ken's team: Saul. I would not trust another human being to do a very minor paint touch up above newly installed beautiful carpet, but I trusted Saul and fixed the minor issue like he always does to perfection. If I ever need another restoration job, Acuity Builders and Construction is the company I would call without a doubt. Thanks for everything Ken.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

I have used RHQ for years. Very fast response time, knowledgeable staff, and personal involvement from Business Development staff and Account Managers. Sergei the owner is extremely well-versed in the technical nuances of this field and always available when needed.

Got 5 estimates on my property from different licensed contractors. These guys where 6x more expensive than any other estimate! How is that even possible!!! I would make sure to shop around before making a choice.

Horrible experience with this company! Actually they do mot deserve any kind of star! The secretary lady seemed to be very nice so i trusted they were a good company until i met the main boss contractor Tim! He is very rude and definately has an Anger problem & should never be a part of a business if you do mot know how to be professional about it! I had them do a releveling service for me on my double wide trlr but come to find out i was told they could not do it due how bad it measurements were from one end to the other so they could not relevel it so was told to just get my refund and find someone else to do the job so thats what i went to the office for on monday but instead got a rude awakening from how theyre real true colors are and was even threatened to be picked up and thrown out of there! Very unprofessional and a rip off business so highly do not reccommend this place!! All i can say is Karma's got my back!
