What should have taken 2 hours took over 5. Technicians showed up without the portable machine even though I live on the 4th floor of a high rise - and I reminded the person that called to schedule the day before. The portable that they went back to get sprung a leak, so the team went back to your office again, leaving everything blocking the building hallway and our door.Your employees were very nice but managed to plug the drain in my tub, knock plaster off the corner of one of my walls and left me with a trashed bathroom.

I called to schedule an appointment and the owner was also super friendly and quickly scheduled me in within 2 hours! I super appreciate how quickly the technician, Austin came! Austin was so friendly and considerate to my carpet concerns and worked with me on understanding what would work best!
