Recently we experienced an issue with our HVAC system resulting in water damage to hallway, walls and flooring. We turned to State Farm our insurance carrier, in particular Amber Willis (Claims Specialist), who guided us through the process step-by-step. State Farm recommended Restore Master. Immediately the staff at Restore Master headed up by Dan Marks, came to our residence to assess and evaluate the issue. We were contacted by Shelby Cain (RM) who communicated the entire process and was essential in ensuring repairs etc. were scheduled and staffed. A true pleasure to work with throughout! Joe offered his expertise and assistance by coming out and completing all necessary measurements and fair assumption estimates to get the ball rolling! The restoration, demolition and preparation team led by Bashkim, were fast and efficient. We had water detection equipment, dehumidifiers, blower fans, and work area secured.
Karina and packing/placement team were AWESOME! The girls really displayed true attention to detail, and organization while preparing and packing storage pod. Karina organized, itemized, and inventoried each item, all with safety, care and concern. Thanks to Nasir for stopping in and assisting with project, but also providing needed information as we made upgrade decisions for project!
Craig and Christian were OUTSTANDING assisting with product drop-off, preparation work, painting, and offering knowledgeable and invaluable information to further enhance our home, and this project in particular!

Hired by insurance company to do warranty work for a prior contractor. Frank was very professional, replied to calls and texts and followed up on work being done. The roofers came promptly and explained everything that needed to be done, showed pictures and very professional. The painter kept trying and trying to get the proper paint match,,,, mission accomplished.
Would recommend Next Gen to others and would use them again if the need would arise.

I had a leak in my master bedroom and bathroom that was a real mess to clean up. Acquity was referred to me by Copper State Builders who had to take out all the damaged areas and did a GREAT job. Ken at Acuity was great. He and his team restored the drywall, painted, put in new tile in the bathroom, built a new vanity and installed, put in new carpeting and padding, painted the bedroom and bathroom, and restored everything that needed to be restored. He was great to work with as were the rest of his associates. I would definitely hire them again if, God forbid, another disaster presents itself. I was also glad to see all their great reviews. One more doesn't hurt!

Wow. We could not have asked for more responsive and awesome experience in a bad situation. The team responded immediately. We were kept informed at all stages. The team was extremely polite. They showed up on time, every time. They communicated immediately When something was needed by us, the insurance company or parts for the job. What a life-saver Nathan was for us! We live in England, and got the call from our property manager for our house in Mesa that our renters smelled something strange under the kitchen cabinets. The handyman said it looked really bad. I freaked out because it was the last thing that I needed at the time (going through IVF and needed to keep my stress down). I foresaw a nightmare unfolding. By the grace of god, the online mold remediation form I submitted sent us Nathan at ATHR. Though he'd never heard of it, he immediately downloaded WhatsApp (something our property manager still hasn't done) and he communicated what needed to be done and when, and then called me first thing in the morning every day Arizona time to give us an update. He helped us navigate the insurance system. He worked seamlessly with our renters. He took complete control and handled every detail. I am still shocked at how painless the process was.
