Jenkins Restoration did a great job drying out our water damage and preventing mold. We had an upstairs toilet leak through the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom. They got out immediately and got to business. Everette and Caleb were there every day for a week checking on everything to be sure it was drying properly. We had a water leak in the kitchen and our plumber referred us to Dan at Restore Masters. After looking at what needed to be done we opted to reconfigure the kitchen and get new cabinets, counters, etc. Dan was very responsive and helped with all our decisions. His sub contractors are very skilled and professional and we love the way our kitchen turned out. Dan was very helpful in working with our insurance company as well. Additionally, during the remediation phase they hooked up a temporary sink so we could use our kitchen while waiting on cabinets, insurance approval etc. I was a little scattered in the beginning about what I wanted to do but Dan rolled with my thoughts and ideas and the final project looks amazing.

This company is not reliable. They were hired to dry out areas that were water damaged. After their amateur attempt to dry out the area, we were told it was dry and safe to drywall. Even after being paid, the water was never cleaned up or dried and they left a mess for us to clean up. They moved items on top of puddles, leaving items to rust! The walls were not dried out which caused the brand new dry wall to stain and eventually need replaced again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were repeatedly lied to and their employees no showed on several occasions.
