While I was out of town I got a call form my landscaper who told me there was water coming out of my front door. I Had a great experience dealing with this company. They were very professional over the phone and had someone at my property within the hour. Everyone in the company I spoke with answered all my questions and took care of the mess. My insurance company was very pleased with the work these guys did. Definitely a company of excellence and I recommend it.

Everette did a great job at drying everything out. Got roof and patio covered well too. Only problem was when he cut ceiling open and all the insulation fell out he could of sealed the area off before hand due to insulation getting everywhere. I had to wash down all counters and surfaces in the kitchen and living room when he was done. Plus rewash all my dishes that was in the strainer drying. Just don't realize how it travels through the air. He was very polite and when i needed him to come back he made arrangements quickly.

Restore Master provided a very professional service to me. I would highly recommend them, and I am extremely pleased. Their response time was extremely fast.

Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street then stopped showing up for a week. Said they would show up at certain time and didn't show up about 6 time theought project. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.

Update. Finished the project. Gave me mismatched shingles without a heads up. Not sure if this is standard but thought others might like to know. I understand the original shingles are faded but the base colors are different. This will not fade out and look better.

The water mitigation crew was great!! From the top guy, Leo Norris, who brought the drying equipment the day after Christmas, to all the workers - Cee, Mario, Nico, Raul, Julio - who came daily to rip out, scrape, clean, pack, and take care of our situation, until it was all dry!! Great workers - professional, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly!! Thank you!!

The water line on my fridge busted and flooded my kitchen late at night, the Technicians responded quickly and promptly and were very helpful. Clean up was fast and they got drying equipment running the same night. They did the demolition efficiently and got my kitchen put back together in less than two weeks. Extremely unsatisfied with the quality of work and service from my recent master bath mess. They were so quick to rip everything out an start nickel an diming everything. They left a mess after every stage of the project. Poor communication through the entire process. We had to call them every time.
