Hired Service Master for a clean up after a flood in our kitchen in January 2022. Extensive repairs were needed. They started out to do the deconstruction required, but as time went on they failed to continue the work required. They did not return phone calls to me, or my insurance company. After several weeks of no activity we fired them and hired a different company. The new company completed the job quickly and did a superb job. Never heard back from Service Master. I would never hire them again. I have talked to others in our area that had the same experience with them.

Ian and Jordan did fantastic! We had a room closed off with doors installed and they got everything done efficiently and incredibly professionally. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could!!
