My house has had a tarp on it for over two months. They came out gave me an estimate my insurance did everything they asked for yet I am still waiting and every time I call them they seem like they have no clue and I have to explain everything like it’s the first time calling. Now I am going on my third month and my house has been getting rained thru with this last months storms causing more damage.
