I had my carpets cleaned by Coit in 2016, I’ve had other places do it since to see which was the best I really liked the guy that came out he was very professional and explained everything he was doing and why, because of him I called them again.I called today for a quote and mind you it was 40% off then and now which they charged me $181.00 in 2016, reasonable. Now 2019 for the same areas and same things done they quoted me $520.00, what a joke, with all the heavy furniture they are only going around it. Keep your statements to compare because they pick and choose their numbers.

This is the first time I have used Momentum to clean my furniture. I am very happy with the results. They are always very friendly and professional. They kept me updated on their arrival time which I appreciate. The furniture looks terrific and so clean. I've also had Momentum clean my area rugs and they do a great job. Rich came out to my house short notice (24 hours) and did a fantastic job on my carpet. He was able to get the pet and drink stains out that the last carpet guy couldn't lift. I also had some seam issues that his team was able to resolve easily and was very affordable. Will definitely use next time.

I was quoted one price and then they added more and more. I was told the carpet cleaning g would be $169 and the stretching would be $250 for first two rooms and $50 for each additional. So should have been $569. Ended up paying over $900 which was a-lot more than I was quoted. Also the worker ripped my curtain down and hid it in my closet without telling me what he had done. I found it after they left. Carpets were not clean when they left and they wrote in the receipt that it was due to my not opting for more services. When I spoke to the owner he did nothing about it. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. He didn’t care. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company.
