Anthony was very responsive to me, (even on Easter Sunday) and kept me in the loop with what was happening at my home I am 2000+ miles away and had the utmost confidence that he and his team would provide the best service for me and my home. These people are phenomenal. After Hurrican Ian I had Mrs. Tabitha Coman come out and assess our damages. She was extremely patient and gave us the time and dedication we needed in a very difficult time in our lives. They are extremely trustworthy and professional through the entire exchange. I do not recommend Zona Restoration to anyone! BUYER BEWARE that when they give you a quote it DOES NOT include any additional repairs to dry wall or other items. Zona Restoration never offered to repair the huge hole that is now in my wall and threw away the base board that were removed in the mold removal process. After calling and offering to pay extra for an expedited fix, I was rudely excused saying there is no way that could be done, and I should have been more aware of the fine print on the contract. Do not use Zona Restoration if you enjoy working with honest, forthcoming companies. Lesson learned!

Another company wanted to charge for a whole bath remodel job, and when I contacted Tom and his crew, it turned out to very a very minimal job. Great job done and what's more I saved all the big bucks. Just goes to show how some guys try to hard sell seniors with unnecessary work. Definitely call these guys later this year to clean and treat duct work. Service and crew terrific.

Had my living room and bedroom carpets cleaned plus a loveseat.carpets were ok but loveseat was still soiled after going over it twice. I was charged over $400. For this service. While here my neighbor asked if he had time for quote. She was happy with price of $175. She had a living room and 3 bedrooms cleaned. Have tried to get answer for difference in price and have not heard from them.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

Bingham helped us with the drying out in our property due to a water heater burst. process was fast and guided us through insurance . Jason was the manger in charge and was great with navigating us through the whole process . Would Definitely recommend!
