Bingham helped us with the drying out in our property due to a water heater burst. process was fast and guided us through insurance . Jason was the manger in charge and was great with navigating us through the whole process . Would Definitely recommend!

We used Slate for a shower leak and refrigerator leak. Lorenzo was knowledgeable, on time, and friendly. He made sure the area was dry and clean before leaving-super professional. Our bathroom repair process hit a couple of snags along the way, but you’d never know it and Gateway Restoration took exceptional care of us through the whole process. The communication was great, the workers were friendly, and professional, and the work turned out better than we had hoped! We would definitely use Gateway Restoration again.

I was quoted one price and then they added more and more. I was told the carpet cleaning g would be $169 and the stretching would be $250 for first two rooms and $50 for each additional. So should have been $569. Ended up paying over $900 which was a-lot more than I was quoted. Also the worker ripped my curtain down and hid it in my closet without telling me what he had done. I found it after they left. Carpets were not clean when they left and they wrote in the receipt that it was due to my not opting for more services. When I spoke to the owner he did nothing about it. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. He didn’t care. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company.

Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
