I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

We had a leak in our condo. Yes they arrived quickly but here is why the rating is poor.
The carpet was wet they arrived went around and put tape on the wall that showed moisture but yet they did not take the base boards off they left them on did not roll wet carpet back just put dryer down and that's it. Next day same . The leak happened on Sunday and it took them until Tuesday to pull underlay away and Wednesday finally removed baseboards. This was dragged on until Thursday. My neighbor had a different company Silverton they were excellent. Arrived very quickly and also pulled up and back everything. This bill was 3200 from Servpro $$$$. Very expensive and not great. Every day a different group of people. My neighbor had the same team they knew what had been happening with her property and her leak far worse and she was dried out around the same time. I do not reccomend this company.

Restoration HQ has worked with 2 of our clients. First situation was a palm tree removal from a roof... The other was water remediation. Our clients were very pleased with the service they received. It is very important to be able to rely on a restoration company when you are working with insurance claims. Thank you Restoration HQ!!

Upon calling bio-one I was greeted by a women named karizma. I was taken away by the professionalism the receptionist had, I believe she told me she had just started with the company a couple of weeks now but I can already tell it will be a pleasure talking with her if ever needed again! Thank you for helping out!

When the crew arrived there was 3 people tackling this big project. One of these boys and I believe his name was Cayden, stood out to me because he seemed well trained with how knowledgeable and professional he well. He put so much care and respect into his work you couldn’t tell that anything took place. I’ll be sure to request for him if ever there is a next time that needs to be handled just RIGHT .

EHS responded quickly and did an excellent job. The only problem I had with them was some miscommunication about when the job would be completed. They did quality work, and my wife and I were satisfied.

I’d recommend using this company for any home fire damage cleanup & repair needs. They are the best when it comes to restorations.
