My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Hired AZ EC, Inc to remove old popcorn ceiling that tested positive for COVID. Just kidding, it tested positive for asbestos! Bryan was great to work with and his crew did a great job. The job was harder than expected and the team put in the work needed and the quote never changed.

Mark was very prompt to come out and give me an estimate and check for interior damage from the rain. Had no issue getting him and his crew started as soon as my insurance agreed Ex to have the work done. I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
