Zona was contracted after I had water damage and mold from a bad AC install. Everyone single person I dealt with was polite. friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Everyone took the time to answer any questions I had. The 3 people I dealt with specifically Kayla, Ed, and Nate were top notch awesome. Ian came in and got things going and the team got the water and carpet out quickly. Set up the fans and had a person to run tests for lead and asbestos. More to come later.

This was the second time I used Servpro in Avondale to repair water damage in my home. The first time was for mold in the ceiling after a shower drain leak and this recent one was for a clogged condensation drain in the AC unit (get yours cleaned regularly!). Both times they did a great job getting out the affected drywall neatly and identifying the issue. I am particularly happy with their performance on this last job. It was a holiday weekend and they came and took care of the problem at my home, which is a rental. I live out of state and it was short notice. The technician communicated well with me and followed up to inspect the home at the earliest opportunity. The price was very reasonable and lower than I expected. They could have inflated the price greatly because I am out of state, but they have integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend their services if you want prompt and professional service without shenanigans. Keep up the great work!

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

They showed up on time were courteous and took the time to explain what they were doing. The whole process took about 5 days for a whole house cleaning plus drying time. They even gave us booties to wear around while the carpet dried.
