This company was called out to clean up sewer damage by the plumbing company. I had to stay on top of them as they didn't remove some flooring and had the dehumidifiers leaking all over my basement. I ended up taking out molding, drywall, and flooring in places that were missed including the main point of the flood. Would not recommend them.

This was the second time I used Servpro in Avondale to repair water damage in my home. The first time was for mold in the ceiling after a shower drain leak and this recent one was for a clogged condensation drain in the AC unit (get yours cleaned regularly!). Both times they did a great job getting out the affected drywall neatly and identifying the issue. I am particularly happy with their performance on this last job. It was a holiday weekend and they came and took care of the problem at my home, which is a rental. I live out of state and it was short notice. The technician communicated well with me and followed up to inspect the home at the earliest opportunity. The price was very reasonable and lower than I expected. They could have inflated the price greatly because I am out of state, but they have integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend their services if you want prompt and professional service without shenanigans. Keep up the great work!

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. At the beginning of April, the apartment above mine flooded into a third of my apartment and it has been an ongoing mess to resolve, but Dell's team was amazing. They were professional, quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me try to get back into my apartment as soon as possible. I really hope I never need to use a water remediation team again, but if I do I know who I'll be recommending/using!
