After my experience with Dan and his Team at Concept Restoration, everyone should have his number in their phones. Having never experienced water damage before, I was not prepared for what can happen so quickly. At 10:30pm I found water on my Wood Floors, turned off the Water to the house and started calling restoration companies with one hand and mopping up water with my other. The first company didn't answer so I went to the next one. After talking to Dan, he said his Team would be there in about 1-1/2hrs with everything they needed. By 2:30am I had about 20+ fans and 5 Dehumidifiers going and for the next week
they were there daily to check on the progress of drying out my Wood Floors. Dan and his Team did an exceptional job and I would, and have, recommended him to my friends. I'm so glad the first company didn't answer the phone.

We were referred to Arizona Carpet and Restoration for hot water heater water damage repair. They were excellent! They sent out someone to determine the repairs needed who did a thorough job, making sure that all the damage was addressed in their estimate to our insurance company. They sent us a copy of the estimate and Cindy (in their office) called to make sure that we were in agreement with everything.
It was a complicated procedure to minimize any inconvenience to me ... the new hot water heater had been installed the week before, and they would have to remove it to do all the repairs and then reinstall it. J. Fernando and William were very professional and conscientious doing all the repairs and reinstalling the hot water heater. Craig Wakefield was instrumental in fixing the plumbing so that the solar water system and hot water heater worked together efficiently and took the time to explain to me how it all works. I have to admit that as far as I understood when it was originally installed, it was 'magic'. I was delighted to have it explained to me.
Cindy Drascic was so very helpful throughout the process, especially when I had some time constraints and restrictions that required her to make adjustments to our appointments.
I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Great company, with fantastic service.

We have used Zona for our water damage. They do not return phone calls and are very unprofessional with poor customer service. All they care about is getting paid, after that... they are in absolutely NO hurry to show up and finish their work. I do not recommend Zona to anyone. There are more customer caring restoration companies out there. CM

I had a water leak from the dishwasher. It flooded most of the house while I was gone. 911 Restoration came in and cleaned up everything. They walked us through everything and helped us figure out what to do moving forward. I highly recommend this amazing company! Thank you!

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. From the moment I called Justin, I knew I was in the right hands. He arrived almost immediately and put my wife and at ease. The process was seamless with all their knowledge and skill set. We were able to continue our party and they took care of the water and mess. What a true team! They showed up on time were courteous and took the time to explain what they were doing. The whole process took about 5 days for a whole house cleaning plus drying time. They even gave us booties to wear around while the carpet dried.

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.

During a stressful time after water damage to my home, I was very surprised that every staff member that entered my home was professional, couteous, even respectful of our home and belongings. Lucus, Matt, Julie, Yarida are welcome back in my home any time. I would definitely recommend and won't call anyone else if there's ever a next time.
