Best Restoration Construction in Phoenix AZ

Got quoted $2500 for bathroom leak in toilet. My handyman repaired for $100 and bought new toilet from Home Depot for $200. What. Ripoff.

I don't typically leave reviews unless a business goes above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. Josh and his Servpro team did just that when we discovered water damage in our kitchen. Josh was AWESOME. He was incredibly prompt in responding, very patient with all of my questions, very detailed, professional and kept me up to date with next steps and progress. Other businesses should model the customer service and quality of Servpro of Paradise Valley!

We had a Kitchen restoration done after a leak under my kitchen sink was detected. Kenny was very attentive to our needs. His team showed up on time, were very professional and completed their tasks on time. We are very happy with the outcome. Would recommend in the future!

My parents had a big house fire the other day and our insurance agent (my brother in law) asked for them because he saw how well they worked on other homes. Well, i am so glad he asked for Kowalski construction. They did it all. From board up, to photos and videos, to help my parents get a beautiful home in the end. After a house fire, no one knows what to do or what's going to happen. These guys (especially Riley) have been nothing but the most professional, courteous, and helpful of all after the fire. They calmed my parents down, talked them through it, and gave them hope. What more can you ask for after something so big happens?!? You made it a lot easier for us to get through this.

I'll post before and after photos, but we have a long road in front of us and so glad you are the ones with us!!! Update- we are done. We have had some issues along the way but it was expected. We only have 1 big problem and we are working it out. The back yard was left unfinished even through it was in the initial paperwork to have Kowalski's do it. I won't go into detail until we see the resolution.

Dealing with the water damage and mold is a very stressful situation but luckily Jason Metal with Bingham Restoration stepped in and took care of the whole process from start to finish so I could rest easy. The crew came in and cleaned and cleared the damaged area fast and efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves really well.

I choose to use this company due to the mostly positive reviews, but unfortunately we did not have such a positive experience. I gave two stars instead of one because they were able to come the same day I called, within the hour actually, but I later found that even though it was a Monday morning I was charged over two hundred dollars for emergency hours, which I never expressed it was an emergency. So I feel this fee should have been explained before deciding to rush someone over here. It was also great that they started the drying out process the same day as well. We had a dishwasher leak for a few days and it damaged our kitchen island only. The price for ripping out only the toe kick under the sink and ripping off the baseboard on the other side of the pony wall and drying out for 7 days was a little over $2800! That's crazy in my opinion and that was with a discount bc we paid cash.

After they set up equipment it was pretty difficult for me to get a final quote or get someone to call me back or even reply to my emails. The techs would come over and check the moisture levels everyday and I would ask them questions about our bill and they couldn't help. The communication was the worst part about this company. The techs themselves were confused since there was a lot of miscommunication about when to come visit. It was really frustrating. We were also charged for a service we did not receive, the antimicrobial agent. It was fairly cheap, but the problem was that we wanted all steps done to prevent mold and that didn't happen.

We attempted to get a quote for the rebuild portion by leaving a message with the company gateway referred but they never called us back.

Overall, I hope we don't need these types of services anytime in the future since this field of business seems to take advantage of desperate, high stress situations by overcharging and providing poor customer service throughout the process.
