Soooo I moved in my apartment Wednesday today is Saturday and everything that could have went wrong seems like it did my son was taking a bubble bath and my apartment flooded the complex manager called them to come assist with the clean up by the time they got here i was fussing and cursing from frustration not to mention I'm a huge B word when it's that time of the month they kept me calm explained what the issue was and talked me down every problem I had they had a solution with a smile and overlooking my bad attitude I did let them know my frustration wasn't geared towards them when I say the devil has been trying to bring me down but God sent me 2 angels named Andy and Luke believe every word thanks gentlemen I wish nothing but the best for y'all ???

Do not use this company. I had a leak in my kitchen. I worked with Giovanni from this company and he came in and said he would handle everything with my insurance and everything would be covered. He didn’t handle anything, he never knew what was going on. I handled all the dealing with insurance and my hoa by myself. After about a month Giovanni just stopped answering and returning my calls about the claim. I started communicating directly with their billing company because that is who I could get ahold of. They started my demo on June 7th and had all the demo domes in about a week. It has now been 2 and a half months and they still haven’t sent all the paperwork and pictures to the billing company to submit the claim to the insurance. I just want to pay this off and put this all behind me but I can’t even pay them because they can’t file their paperwork. I called last week to see what was going on and they had to send someone out to have me sign paperwork that they had forgotten to have me sign. Do not work with this company or it will be completely on your shoulders to handle your entire claim, not to mention manage them to make sure they are getting the papers signed and submitted and remind them to come pick up their equipment. Overall, terrible.

They did great work on all the water damage cleanup. I'd use them again.

After searching all day for an emergency company who could help me fix my leaking toilet I decided to go with this company. They came out here in less than 30 minutes and took care of the damage right away. My insurance company paid them directly. They put my house back together the same week and my problems were solved. Once again, thank you for your great service.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
