The reclamation company did more damage than the original flooding, so by the time Acuity got to us, we were already beyond stressed. Ken took the time to understand our needs, worked with the settlement from our insurance, and put our home back together beautifully. My family and I could not be more pleased with the way our home looks. I would highly recommend Acuity to anyone that is looking for a remodel, if your home has been damaged, really anything. Their work is amazing and they are friendly and very easy to work with!

I highly recommend this company! I had to use QR due to a plumbing issue in my home. They completed the water damage removal of my dry wall, cabinets and asbestos removal. They finished all of these tasks within you two weeks. I was very impressed with the young men that came to my house who performed the work. They were kind, empathic and respectful and made me feel comfort under stressful circumstances. They took the time to walk me through their work and share their knowledge.

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.

If I had the ability to pay a bit more to have these guys do this project I wouldn’t even hesitate. We were so impressed with them! Excellent communication, so knowledgeable, organized, detailed estimate with photos, courteous, responsive… the whole package. They will be my first call when we start renovating. My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

We first worked with DriRite-CMG3 in 2016. They were referenced to us by our insurance company after our home had undergone a water leak. In April 2019 we experienced another water leak within our home. Without hesitation, we once again reached out to DriRite-CMG3. They were prompt to come to the residence to initiate drying of the water impacted area. However, it took a few calls within that first week to work through the insurance to move forward with the leak repair. We once again were excited by our experience with the plumber (Andrew). Also, the thoroughness of the water mitigation tech (Angel) was refreshing. However, things went south after that initial work was done and the first payments were made to the business. The Operations Manager (Paul Bailey) stop replying to emails and phone calls. It took several attempts before we were able to get a response from him regarding the gameplan of work to be done to our home, pricing, impact and scheduling. My husband and I were continually flexing our schedules to try to complement DriRite's adhoc planning. This back-and-forth process continued for over 5 weeks, before they came forward and told us they could not do the work. I would not recommend this company to others. DriRite-CMG3 needs to work on their accountability, communication and customer service. If they can't manage workload they need to come forward prior to committing to a project.
