I would put in a zero but there’s no way to make a comment without at least marking one star. They need to fix what was not improperly completed and they need to fix the money issues. They were really good about telling me someone else’s work was shabby but then when their work was shabby they didn’t see it. What someone else had done was easily fixable but what they did is impossible to fix without tearing out my walls. They really played me for being stupid. Oh, they’re great sales people. Also, their cabinet man ran off in the middle. I have a lot more to say but I ran out of time.

Square One Restoration is outstanding. They took care of everything after we had a water line rupture in our attic and flood the interior walls. Ryan and his team handled the water damage, reconstruction, and insurance company. Remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms and it turned out great. Wow, what an awesome positive experience. I would highly recommend this company. They responded to my flood within 2 hours of my call. The moment Aaron answered my call I knew this was the right company. He had a calmness in his voice when I was very much upset and he calmed me down. Aaron explained to me that Will and his crew would be out he explained the whole process of drying out, checking for mold etc. Will and the crew worked very hard and kept me informed every step of the way. The next person I met was Ken and his crew who put my house back together again. From start to finish, TOP NOTCH CREW and COMPANY. I highly recommend them.

Richard was excellent! On time, thorough, honest and up front about possible limitations on the results of my white linen chaise which I appreciated, even though it was unnecessary because he delivered perfection and it's back to new. Normally cleaning companies overpromise and underdeliver, so Richard was refreshingly the opposite. He also clearly takes pride in his work and COIT as a company, stating that COIT is the best in the area and that they'll take care of me when I relayed a disappointing previous experience with Stanley Steemer. Lastly, because he did such a great job and took a moment to share the other services that he and the COIT team would be happy to help with and provide a free estimate for, I'll be sending more business your way to tackle the tile cleaning throughout my house. COIT is my go to cleaning company now based on this experience.

We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service.
