Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I was so impressed on how easy they made the process for us. Had water damage and they removed a bathroom cabinet. The work preformed was done carefully (they were able to keep stone slab in tact) and in a timely manner. Brandyn and Jeremy came out for initial inspection and then they returned with a few more guys to complete the job. I hope I don’t need them again, but if we do need mitigation I will certainly call them. Brandyn also explained everything and was very responsive. 100% recommend!

Ryan and his team handled the water damage, reconstruction, and insurance company. Remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms and it turned out great. I just want to thank Nick and his family for the great service they did at my home. I had a terrible situation with my kitchen sink and counter top but they were able to rectify and restore it with no problem. I want to thank them for being so professional and kind. Another company wanted to charge for a whole bath remodel job, and when I contacted Tom and his crew, it turned out to very a very minimal job. Great job done and what's more I saved all the big bucks. Just goes to show how some guys try to hard sell seniors with unnecessary work. Definitely call these guys later this year to clean and treat duct work. Service and crew terrific.

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.
