Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. I have been using it for 6 months now and have had no problems. I will definitely continue using Impact for any plumbing needs.

Original Plumbing, Joe Martinez, exceeded my expectations!

Having remodeled 90% of my house, I have come to see trades people very skeptically. Joe was referred to me by another plumber with recurring scheduling problems. He arrived on time, was clean and professional throughout the day. Most importantly he is fully licensed.
Although I called Joe to install a new toilet, there were several other items that needed to be fixed.
The toilet install was completed beautifully in no time. See pics.
Joe then tackled the more problematic issue of re-piping the master bath sinks, that we’re not to code and were not draining properly. 7-hours (!) later after a trip to Homedepot and a trip to retrieve other tools, my sinks are finally fully functional!
Had I told Joe upfront everything I wanted him to do, he would have brought all the necessary tools cutting down on the time substantially. Joe’s experience at Sea World and all the other commercial jobs he has worked on, allows him to problem solve expertly.
He is super polite (“coming in” every time he came in the house) and communicates well.
I hope you are lucky enough to be able to schedule Joe…I know I will!

Needed a inspection of my water in a small commercial building, kids were nice at first then Austin had a attitude.. would next answer texts they are KIDS! No recommended.

Top notch service! Being new to AZ, I did not know who to call. My home warranty sent Nick out with Norfleet Family Plumbing. He was on time and fixed my sinks. He also taught me how to fix one myself when a warranty part arrives soon, and he went above and beyond to inspect my water heater and give me information on what to expect with that. **PANIC**

We had our water line for the freezer ice maker burst spewing water all over the kitchen. City came out turned off the water and right behind them Harry Achille showed up.

Harry Achille came out super fast in the time of need. He did a great job, super knowledgeable, polite, professional, courteous, and helped us out in a super pinch! He even had to run and get some more parts and hustled back to finish up.

Harry is the type of person with top notch Professional Customer Service attributes that ALL service companies need. In an emergency situation like this, we all need calm, professional and a reassuring person to help us out. That guy tonight is Harry Achille!!

great service, persistent, personable, fixed the problem with a smile!

To start off, one star is too generous of a rating. Randy came to do plumbing work at my mother's house. After walking around the toilet and inspecting the problem, he told me he had an appointment at 6:00 PM and he had to get his auger. He came to the house at 5:55 PM and left at 5:57 PM. I thought he was going to run to his truck and get the auger but never returned. What kind of plumber does not carry his tools in his vehicle? I figured he went to his 6 PM appointment and would return but to no avail. He claimed he came back and waited 10 minutes at the door but never rang the doorbell nor called. Randy was very rude to my sister who was the contact person.

From some of the most trivial sink problems, to the most complicated water softener and hard water piping issues, Las Vegas plumbing Inc. was there almost immediately fix all my plumbing problems.
