Jim the Plumber did a bathroom remodel at our house including replacing the floor, tub, and shower. He worked quickly and expertly to have the job completed on schedule, even when new things came up on the job. Jim was very reliable in terms of timing and daily project clean up. He also provided us with project updates. The work is beautiful. Also a special shout out to his administrator Paige, who was incredibly helpful and flexible in scheduling our project.

Steven N. was knowledgeable and explored all possibilities of leak origin. He set up the proper restoration services and explained the procedures for repair. His expertise was invaluable. Thank you!

I had a leak in a line between my house and the street. I was able to get ahold of someone right away on the phone and they turned around a visit in less than 24 hours. It would have been even sooner, but I had a busy schedule. The team was professional and I was able to take Zoom calls while they fixed the issue. They also did a quick scan of my plumbing to point out things I should consider in the future. Great experience, a team of professionals.

Peter was excellent to deal with remodeling our master bath plumbing, moving water lines for our laundry room, and adding lines for our half bath. Solid work, good guy and a decent price. We definitely will call if we need any other plumbing work done!

A pipe broke in the garage during the recent freeze and RC’s technician Dan was here the next day. Other companies said 2-5 days. Dan explained what needed to be done every step of the way and did the emergency repairs as quickly as he could to get our water back on. There are a few more things to Fido including an inspection to look for any more breaks. He and the office communicated regularly to keep me up on each step. If only the other issues I’ve faced could be handled as efficiently and professionally as this has been.

I called ABC plumbing when they opened on Monday Aug 14th to set up an appointment that day for a clogged pipe. I was given a wide scheduling window from that morning to 6pm. I took leave from work to accommodate this window. At 3pm I called to check on the status of my appointment and was assured the plumber would be here by 6pm. At 5:40pm I called again to check the status only this time I was told my appointment was for the following day. Obviously there was a screwup on their part and after some discussion they agreed to send someone out to my home but we’re gonna charge me a $139 after hours fee. I wanted the fee waived since it was their screwup. I was told they couldn’t waive the fee but would be happy to send someone out tomorrow. I was so livid I had to hang up the phone before I started cussing out this woman. But my wife had no problem calling them. They waived the $139 fee but by this point we were done. I wasted time and money waiting for these people. I would not recommend this company except to my enemies.
