We made an appointment several weeks out for a plumber to come to our house and repair a loose toilet. The appointment was set for the afternoon, between noon and 5pm. On the morning of the appointment we received a phone call from the plumber asking for it to be rescheduled from that morning. Ummm we didn't have an appointment that morning. After emailing the lady in the office and sending her the confirmation messages with the afternoon appointment time, she apologized having no idea why the appointment was changed from the afternoon to the morning, however she assured us she put us on the afternoon schedule and the plumber would call when he was en-route. No call, no show. No communication from the business. Do not recommend as this is highly unprofessional and a very disorganized way to run a business and scheduling.

Kyle and Brent came out to install a water heater today. They were both very professional and polite. Arrived exactly when they quoted a week ago and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner while not sacrificing quality. Would highly recommend.

This company is so great! Joshua was on time and knowledgeable. He came and gave a quote and said that he could fix it today!!! So unbelievably happy and satisfied!! I thought the cost was a reasonable price also! I will definitely be using them again if I need too.

job taking out the old water heater and installing the new one. The work sight was clean when he was done. Then he explained how to operate the controls. Very professional job. Everything works great.

I had this company install some toilets a couple months back. Last month my toilet they installed broke. I called and left message but they never contacted me back. A couple days ago now there's leaking issues with the same toilet. I called several times, leaving messages, sent text, emailed them, and wrote a message on their website and still haven't gotten a single response from them. I'm hoping that this post will finally push them to contacting me back and helping me resolve this issue.

I couldn’t be happier with the services provided by this company.
The bid they put in for my project was the most reasonable. And not only that, they came over the next day after calling them. When I was explaining what I wanted, he had no problems breaking it all down Barney style and telling me what he could and couldn’t do. There was nothing that couldn’t be done. What sold me was how excited he sounded when telling me they could do the job. My project felt like it was his project.

A company came to install a new refrigerator that I bought at Home Depot, but didn't do it becase they said it needed a valve on the water line behind the fridge. Billy came to install it but he said it wasn't needed. He helped install the fridge and it is working perfectly. He was courteous, honest and extremely helpful. They company was calling to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Hired us to do a significant amount of work and refuse to pay their bills. All mail gets returned to us and no one answers the phone or returns a phone call or email. Have attempted to contact Steve, Orville, and Josh. All have ignored taking care of their debt. Pretty sad that the property owner will have to face a lien on their property because these guys won't pay their debts! Not even worth the one star I had to give to leave a review.
