These guys are AMAZING! I just called Moon Valley Plumbing today because my hot water heater literally exploded. I had no idea what to do and my entire balcony was being flooded with water.

The lady who took my call (Pam) was so helpful and nice and got someone out to me in literally a few minutes.

Kenny, the technician, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained my options and gave me really good advice on what I needed to do and even a referral for someone to come dry out the room so I didn't have to deal with mold. He didn't try to gouge or up-sell me on anything and went out and bought spare parts that I needed for me because I wasn't sure of what to get.

I'm blown away by this company. Everyone I spoke to was fantastic and the experience literally could not have been better. They took a really negative situation and made it a positive experience for me. I'm grateful and could not recommend them more. Thank you Moon Valley Plumbing!

Elemental Plumbers did an amazing job! I had heard really good service from some friends and decided to give them a call for a few plumbing issues I was having around the house. Frank came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me his honest opinion about what can be done to fix it. I appreciated the honesty and him taking the time to explain to me what was wrong and how to fix it.

On time. Very professional. Came out a second time at no cost after the drain continued to clog. Made sure to watch the door to keep pets inside. Would definitely recommend

This plumbing company did a great job fixing our plumbing problem. They arrived on time and were very friendly. The plumber explained the problem and the solution in detail, and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again!

So I didn't actually use All Aloha because i ended up not needing a plumber, however, their customer service is excellent! They were so friendly and polite each time I spoke to them. They were not pushy like other companies. Should I ever need a plumber in the future, I will definitely be using them!

Robert repaired 4 things at different times: replaced outdoor spigot after I broke it. This was a rush job since the water was turned off. ; replaced toilet ring after the seal broke and helped clean up the leak mess; replaced copper piping and fixed valve for the swamp cooler; and repaired/replaced old lead pipe drain from bath upstairs. All of the repairs were done as quickly as possible and professionally. He is also a nice guy, polite, professional and will go above and beyond to get your plumbing back to working order. I will definitely use his services again and recommend Quick Fix to anyone .

Alejandro was our technician and I cannot praise him enough! He was professional and kind, as well as quite knowledgeable in his field of work and study. He stayed and listened until he figured out the problem. He was never bothered that the issue didn't appear right away or that it took a few tries to find it. He was diligent and truly interested in helping us. If ever there is a reason for Chas Roberts to come out in the future, it would make me more than happy if it were Alejandro, as I know I can put my trust I him.

Shane was recommended to us by our realtor who had nothing but glowing things to say about her experience with his work with many different clients through the last several years. I could not have been more pleased! He did work on both the house I was selling as well as the one I bought. He showed up on time, was very professional, did excellent work and repaired the problems. His prices were lower than I expected them to have to pay for the work he did. He made no attempt to sell me anything I didn’t need. I felt that he was honest and dependable. I recommend him highly and will DEFINITELY be calling him the next time I need a plumber!!

Started off thinking was a nice honest plumber everything went smoothly did the installation. Only reason there is 2 stars and not one.

Followed his direction to not run sprinkler for a few hours to let plumber glue dry.

Had same exact issue happen, I inquired as to why this was happening, only response was that something was hitting it.

Still being the nice guy he came out and did the repair without charge. Within a week it blows the PVC pipe again. He states the same thing. Something is hitting it. And that he wouldn't make another trip without charge. This is his third trip, one install, and two trips for repairs.

At this point a week or so later the pipe breaks again in the SAME place, but I didn't want to contact the guy who says he is going to charge me to not fix the issues and only says that something is hitting it.

Now here I am three yard floods later, system still not working, getting told that something is hitting the lines.

I contacted Chris once again and now the reply is to upgrade whole this to copper (that'll be cheap I'm sure) and my response is still wanting to know what the underlying issues are. Why would I upgrade if we still don't have the reason and cause of the pipe bursting. So I can potentially have an even more expensive repair in the future?

I'm ok with an upgrade if I know it'll work. But the fact is he did an install of a valve, the pipe that goes into the valve keeps rupturing and I don't have any answers except spend more money for something that, Might help?!

Worked there got sick with more then 30 sick hrs and didn’t get nothing very bad.
