Emilio arrived early and fixed our problem quickly! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering questions, and even helped us with more than we needed! We thought Custom Filtration was just for plumbing services but Emilio recommended their water filtration services to us as well which was perfect because we’ve been looking for someone to install an RO system for us! He got quotes for different water systems right away and answered even more questions we had. He went above and beyond to help and we’re thankful.

On a Thursday we had an in-home line gas leak and the gas co shut us off. Randy did the estimate the same day as the shut off and told us he could do the work on that Sunday. He called back within a few hours and said he'd do it before the holiday, it was Memorial Day weekend. He came the next day (Friday) and did a great job all by himself. I truly appreciate the job and effort he did going above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone and will call again when needed. THANK YOU:) 5 + stars

Needed help with a leaking bathroom faucet. I had tried to do it myself but the sink was really tight and the plastic washer holding the faucet was stuck in place and wouldn't moved. David came out on time and was able to help remove the old faucet and install and new one and also inform me of other things that will cause me issue in the future. I wasn't pressure to fix those issues but rather was inform about it for my knowledge and what my options were which I appreciate. After performing the service, David made sure to clean up after himself and made the area cleaner than before he was there. Great service and am happy but they are a little more pricey than others, but well worth it for the awesome service and professionalism.

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

We called Dave on 1/5 to have our drain cleaned, due to our work schedule our appointment was on 1/6. He came out on 1/6, my husband was running late and our neighbor let him in. He cleaned the drain and said there was a 30 day guarantee. I called on 1/12, 1/15 and today 1/17 when it backed up again and again. I have yet to hear back. I can get it to clear with when I take a plunger to it but feel I shouldn't have to deal with it if there is a guarantee. $150 to get your pipes cleaned may seem like a good deal but it's only temporary and they don't back up their guarantee. Save yourself the time and hassle and call Roto Rooter or DuPont. If I receive a call back I will edit this review but I don't see that happening.

DMC is the most professional , friendly ,efficient family owned business I have ever come across. Talk about on time they were waiting for me. The project was completed faster than expected Cleanliness was a priority . Installers and technicians were professional and friendly. Sean and John worked right along side their guys. They are not related but I felt like Part of their family. This is Definitely family I would not hesitate to call for anything related to their field of expertise. I had scheduled for a hydro jet drain cleaning and was informed when he got here that the individual just came here for an estimate and couldn't do it today. Another thing is he came 6 hrs late and wasted my time by being unable to do anything. By far the worst service would not recommend.

Chris owns his own plumbing company he is the only plumber and reap the benefits of coming out using homeowners insurance companies and not wanting to do the work. He is very lazy does not seem enthusiastic about finding the problem. Definitely don’t waste your time

Called for estimate on inspection for sale of home and left several messages for call back. Never received a response. Good for them their business must be booming.
