Highly impressed with how fast their turnaround time is. Called Sunday with an emergency and they had someone out the next day. Ended up needing a brand new furnace and AC. They were able to get someone out the next day to go over our options. Then after that, they had someone out two days later to do the installation. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly nice and professional and took time answering questions we had. We highly recommend this company!

Pure Plumbing did a great job working on my irrigation system and the vacuum breaker. The company actually answers when called. I was quickly scheduled. And the plumber came when he said. He did quick work at a fair price. I was quoted significantly more by other plumbers. It'll be easy to figure out who to call for my next plumbing need.

Poor customer service. Been waiting over a week plus for service. Even after paying full amount up front , still the issues have not been resolved. They always have an excuse multiple techs called out on the same day, or they're book, I promise well get to you first thing in the morning. Then the next thing you know you're calling them trying to reach someone for about a hour. Just for them to say we'll call you back and they don't. Or to push your appointment to another date & time. Just to have this repeated again. Oh how could I forget the no service on the weekends. How when the company's info says 24/7 but the office close at 4:30? Refunds takes 10-15 days.This is crazy!! I most defiantly will never recommend this company for anything.

As stated in other reviews this company smoked cigarettes in my house and they could not even unclog the drain. I called another company and they had the drain unclogged in 20 minutes very unprofessional I will not be returning EVER again. Goodbye and good riddance.

Do not hire Jake Wilk and James Cunningham. They answer these saying they will try to resolve an issue but it's a lie. They do not finish the work and they steal down-payments. They do not pull Permits and are not licensed according to allegheny county. They may pay some random person to pull but they didn't even do that on my job. They left my job unfinished. I filed a civil suit and am looking for fellow victims to testify. I can't afford to lose what they stole. If they would have just returned the money on the job the job they didn't even start I would have let this go but they are completely unethical. I now have to hire someone else to fix and finish the one they abandoned.

I call takagi company to report that I have no hot water. They schedule my on Monday 5/19/19. Mike from best choice water heateters. He show up on time and did not do anything ... I mean no troubleshooting to determine exactly is the issue with my takagi tm1 that cause no hot water. Just tell me to buy new system. And asking me for $110. I like ok I pay you but atleast show me what you did and providing me a some kind reports of my issue. But nothing ... Total time he spend less then 5mins for $110.
I would NOT recommend this company for your hot water services.
