My experience is the guy who answers their phone sounds drunk and belligerent. He is extremely rude and doesn’t want the business.

Gave me a $1200 quote for demo of tub and moving drain and remove spout. Verified with Charlie twice about price and what it included. He demolitioned tub and demanded $2500 from my father before even doing the plumbing. It only took 1.5 days and he thought it would take 2 days. He had no explanation for this and denied the quote. My father protested and he said he would take $1580 if he paid cash. Which my elderly father then did. When I called to ask why he didn't honor the quote he got beligerant with me. The contractor framing the shower said the same thing. Contractor also said he didn't seem to know how to do the drain and suggested I get another plumber. I would not use this guy. Not honest and beligerant.

JR and his crew were very friendly and extremely hard workers. They had to dig through 6 inches of concrete and 4 foot of hard clay to get to our sewer lines and replace them. This is an honest trustworthy family business that really kicked butt on our project thank you Hobie plumbing, JR and crew for all of your hard work
