I called yesterday to make an appointment to fixed my clogged bathtub. A really nice lady name Shelly answered my call and took down my contact info. She had given me two options for an appt; one for that evening or the following morning. I was quite suprised that she was still willing to service me that evening even though I had contacted them after 5pm. I figured it would be wise to have them to visit the next day just incase they needed to get parts. This morning Michael and Jordan arrived. They were very professional and polite. They took the time out to listen to my requests and Serviced me in a timely fashion. While they were here I'd ask if Michael would look at my washing machine faucet which has been leaking for a while and he fix it too. He also informed me of a leak at the nozzle of my hose that connect to my washing machine. I was glad he brought it to our attention because it was replaced immediately. I really appreciate honest service and that's what I can genuinely say I received today. They were very relatable, the price for service was reasonable and fair. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Recently had a cold water leak underneath slab, two companies attempted to locate leak but were unsuccessful. A friend recommended RCA Plumbing LLC, when Kyle arrived with his assistant Wyatt they went right to work and were able to pin point the leak location and provided a plan of action to fix cold water slab leak. Highly recommend this company they’re great.

I called Friday afternoon and Brad was at our house within an hour! We had a plumber out previously that told us our issue with our hot water was electrical and did very little testing. Our electrical company told us the hot water heater! We called Brad frustrated,just wanting a resolution! He explained everything to us, didn’t make us feel stupid and within minutes we had hot water!!! He is truly amazing!!!!
