Odis and his staff are truly the best! They do what they say and are totally honest with their pricing. I completely trusted them in my home and left a key for them on several occasions. I had a main water line put in along with a new code compliant sprinkler system. Odis is the owner but has no problem grabbing a shovel and jumping into a ditch to get the job done.

I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. Thank you so much for helping me in my desperate need and I will be using them for any future needs.

I called a Company called Cody sons that’s is very “professional” to come fix my heater tank and I was told that I need a brand new unit and to get it done it was Around 5k and when I came cross krushteam6 from a friend of mine that who done business with them in the past I called and I scheduled an app for them to come and check it out and they find out the problem within less then a hour and I got it fixed less then 24hr for only few hindered bucks so I highly recommend they are very professional and respectful I will be contacting them for any further work in the future. Save your time and money and call krushteam6

I called multiple times over a course of 2 weeks to get a tech out for a commercial business backflow issue. The first time I called, the associate stated we would get a call back that day for scheduling. I called the next day and the associate again stated we would get a call back. A few days later I called and the associate said the ticket had been deleted and she created a new one. I called the next day, since no one bothered to call me, and they said a tech would be out that very day between 1 and 4. No one ever showed up. I called back the very next morning was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called right back and spoke to gentleman who was extremely rude and said he shows no record of any ticket being made under the phone number I gave him. We only have 1 phone number. When I tried to explain to him the timeline and who I spoke to, he kept interrupting me with loud tones and would not let me speak. He became so rude I just ended up hanging up. I will never try to use this company again.

This is the 1st time ABC plumbing was one hour late to arrive . I was told by the dispatcher that they would be at my house between 2 and 4 PM. When scheduling this appointment with the dispatcher, I explained that the plumbers would need to bring a new water hydrant for replacement of my current water hydrant in the front yard. There was a miscommunication by the dispatcher for not giving this information to the plumbers.. Therefore, when the plumbers Identified they did not have a new hydrant in the truck
they had to go to Ace to purchase one. I don't blame the plumbers, I blame dispatch for not passing on the message to the plumber to bring a new hydrant with them. Regardless, of this information above I will still continue to use ABC plumbing. I have used ABC plumbing for several jobs that I've needed to have completed and they've always done a really good job. Thank you!!!

wes found my problem in short order. they fixed my sewer pipe under the slab in one day. they ran into what I would call a major snag, and still finished that day and stuck to the original estimate. first rate service. first rate plumbers, very professional. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Max fixed an awkward outdoor faucet for us. We called him back when our water heater sprang a leak. He approved our temporary fix and worked with us to save money on installing a replacement.

I’m not sure which location this driver works for but she ran a stop sign yesterday in a residential area, my family and I had the right of way at an intersection, we had already stopped at the stop sign to make a left turn, a black lady driving the truck was heading straight but she came Speeding down the street and sped through the stop sign, never slowed down or anything if we had turned out she would’ve t-boned us and caused injuries to everyone in the car. This happened near Andrea Lane in Forest Hill, Tx around 4:20pm on 2/3. She could’ve severely hurt my family and I. I’m an insurance adjuster and just felt someone needs to know how employees are out here driving reckless. I’ll remove my review once someone acknowledges it, my intention isn’t to hurt your business. My review is based on the drivers action while driving your truck.

Alec has always been amazing at what he does, always ready in case of an emergency.

I can't even count how many times he's came on a moments notice to take care of a plumbing emergency.

We called Matt for water leakage issue in one of our bathroom faucet. I thought of changing the faucet but he fixed the faucet and saved my money to buy a new one. He said it’s a small fix and we didn’t get charged for that. He is our all time plumber. Prices also reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!
