They called 10 min before arrival and showed up on time, they had ABC uniforms and introduced themselves as ABC plumbing.
Very pleasant make sure they knew what I expected and verified cost. Very clean and timely work, they communicate well and were very respectful. ABC plumbing were hands down the best price and quoted it WITHOUT a $70 estimate fee.
All the other guys were higher and most charge just to come out and look at the job before quoting it

Run. If I could do 0 stars I would. This company quoted us $30,000 to replace 100ft of pipe. We told them we weren’t using them services and they still sent a crew Monday without our knowledge. Dug up our yard and busted the water line. Came home to a flooded yard. We have been without water for 2 days because they didn’t fix it properly. They are an absolute joke and won’t take responsibility for their own mess up.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
