Michael was on time and explained everything very clearly, helping us find and fix a leak in an upstairs fixture. He also flushed a tankless heater and had everything done in a friendly and timely fashion. Scheduling was also a breeze and they called to let me know/confirm that Michael was on the way. Service was good everything was easy and to the point. Only took 15 mins. to clear out a clean out in the backyard. Technician did not clean up any of the overflow, which is expected, but at a bill of 260$ and now still having to clean up I think the amount is not equal to the service. I am appreciative of the ease, but if it wasn’t such an issue and I had more time to shop around I would have used another company. Seems like everything’s good just extremely dissatisfied with the price.

Had the opportunity to observe Brad and his team install a soft water system in my wife's cousin's house. He was extremely professional and courteous. He even took his work boots off before going inside the house to install the RO system. During installation, he found a couple of discrepancies in the existing plumbing. He pointed them out and corrected them. It was something he really didn't have to do, but his ethics wouldn't allow him to leave it uncorrected.
