Best Leak Location in Arlington TX

I will NEVER Call Another Plumbing Company Again!!! Jack & Jesse Are THE BEST EVER!!!!!!! I Had A Leak Under The Bathroom Floor In A Pier & Beam Foundation Home In The West Meadowbrook Section Of Ft. Worth Built In 1939. The Home Has No Access Under The House From The Outside. Jack & Jesse Had To Tunnel Their Way Under The Foundation To Find 3 Sub Floor Beams. They Dug A Little At A Time Until They Got To The Leak Location. They Replaced A 6' Section Of Rotten Galvanized Pipe. This Was Done On The Cold Water Line. The Hot Water Line Had Been Replaced With Copper In 2001. By 5:15 PM They Had Finished The Repair & Refilled The Hole & Leveled The Surrounding Dirt. I Could Not Be More Pleased!!! Ask For Jack & Jesse And You Will Not Be Sorry!!!!!

I was suddenly having hot water come out of my cold water valves and after one plumber assessed it, I thought I was looking at more than one leak under my slab foundation and thousands of $$ of repair or rerouting. I decided to get a second opinion, and was referred to Michelangelo Plumbing. Thank God I thought to follow my brother’s advice, he’s a plumber in SC, and investigate further. After a very thorough check of all systems, they determined that the pressure was stable, so looked further and found that an old recirculating pump had been started up and was malfunctioning, sending hot water throughout the entire house!!! I’m so thankful to them for a thorough diagnostic test and a reasonable charge for the time they spent here! I will recommend them to all of my friends!! Thanks Mike and Brian!!

Brad went above and beyond what I expected! Highly recommend for an honest man and the best pricing compared to any other plumber. He is independent and works for himself! Our first encounter was for a leak my inspector noted but couldn’t find during a house inspection prior to me purchasing my house. I called Brad and he came out and found the problem in 30 minutes. It was leaking from the shower head and fixed it on the spot! I have used Brad to replumb several pipes and water lines in my house to accommodate a remodel project and he also removed and installed a water heater for me!
