So NOT HAPPY. I have been a customer of Metro Energy for over 20 years. My A/C that they installed in June 2018, wasn't working. Came home for the last 2 days with temperatures over 80. Called for service and had to pay $99, because it was after hours. The problem was a lose wire. Really, obviously I didn't do that. I will quite recommending them to my friends.

Best technician ever! Handled issues that seemed couldn't be reconciled by other companies. My upstairs has never been the same temperature - always much warmer than downstairs-- & it is today & was last night 4 the first time since I purchased this home 3 years ago! I am thrilled! Plus... I have had an ongoing problem for over months & was weary of no one finding or fixing the issue. Darrol found it in just a few minutes & the system was working again & has been now for almost 24 hours. I believe it is finally repaired! Also excellent rate & cost to fix. Thank you Metro!
