I was expecting to have to wait days to get an appointment or for parts but to call and have them out in a few hours and have my AC up and running and it didn’t break the bank!! Amazing customer service! We had our A/C go out; we called and were able to get an appointment that same day. Originally, it was thought to be a simple broken wire but two hours after leaving the A/C still wasn't working. We called that night to let them know and Diel was back at our house within 20 minutes to fix it.Turns out there was a second problem with a broken fuse. In the process of trying to fix it, Diel accidentally broke the circuit board for the entire unit. He let us know what happened and replaced the board at his own expense.It is amazing to still find honest repair services. I'd highly recommend Big Bear.
