So NOT HAPPY. I have been a customer of Metro Energy for over 20 years. My A/C that they installed in June 2018, wasn't working. Came home for the last 2 days with temperatures over 80. Called for service and had to pay $99, because it was after hours. The problem was a lose wire. Really, obviously I didn't do that. I will quite recommending them to my friends.

Myles and Nate came to replace 2 bath tub stoppers. I should add that the bath tub stoppers were the originals from when the house was built ...... 50 yrs ago. They didn't seem too worried - told me its all part of the job! It was hard to get the stoppers out - but both men seemed unfazed by it all. They did a great job and I am excited to be able to take a bath now.

I think Miles and Nate are a credit to J. Rowe Plumbing! Thank you for giving me professional service that I will remember in the future.
