Arrived earlier than expected and unclogged my toilets. I also have to commend the service rep as he had to clear quite a few leaves at night to get to the clean out. Had another cleanout today on 2/10/19. Steve arrived early and did a very thorough job. He is great!

Milestone HVAC Tech John McClain was just here to perform a regular maintenance check on our air-conditioning unit. He was very thorough and found and was able to deal with a potential problem before it became one. Just another example of why we have been doing business with this great team for over 13 years.

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!
