On time and pro guys. Kuddos to the slab leak they did on my den. It fixed my bathrooms slow drain problem. We initally agreed on fixing my washer that was backing up. 1400 later. ..and an what additional 1900 quote to fix another leak according to the tech. I tried scheduling them back. Thank God they never returned my call. I had the lines cleared bu another company that did it for $400. The competitor showed me the pipes. The grease buildup was never cleared by the $1900 i had to pay. Hope that was an honest mistake. Not hiring them again.

Chris Woolheater was on call last night for my after hours appointment. He was here over three hours diligently working on installing two faucets that I needed placed before guests arrived. He also capped water in a separate area where a new cabinet and sink will be installed.Chris was diligent, kind, respectful and hard working and made sure my project was completely finished properly even though it was late and he had been working all day.Thank you KMP and thank you Chris!

Manuel Escobar was very professional and polite throughout his visit. He listened very intently to my situation and investigated soon after. During that time he showed me the thermostat's advanced settings and how they would remedy the problem. Once he left I waited to see if his expertise actually fixed the problem.
