KMP was amazing, we were having issues with our toilet not flushing and could not figure it out. They ended up having to remove the whole thing and we had a toothbrush stuck in the toilet. They awesome at letting me know what was going on and explaining everything and was the most cheerful plumber I have ever met.

Carlos in the office was able to get us in queue so that a technician could come out on a Saturday. Josue arrived within 4 hours of my initial call. He was courteous and informative. Josue quickly was able to identify and repair the problem. The diagnostic fee was only $75, and compared to a $350 diagnostic fee I payed for a plumber a while back, this was quite a relief. All potential expenses were explained to me before anything was done, so I had an idea of the cost range. Josue even went above and beyond working in the rain. He also explained to me the life expectancy of my AC unit and some future HVAC industry updates, so I know what to expect in years to come. I received exceptional service at a very reasonable cost!

Josue did a fantastic job. Programmed my wifi thermostat that I hadn't been able to do for a year since getting my new A/C unit. He gave me three great estimates for cleaning the duct work and explained everything really well so I could make an informed decision about the choices. I really appreciate this company.

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!
